My client liked a particular demo that you used to advertise the theme. We wanted to start there with that demo file and change things to be as he wants them. You advertise that you have many start demos to choose from!

How do we pick and install the demo theme he liked? I don’t’ see any options to do so like in the Edum theme he had before. Can you help us get started?

We want to get started with the theme loading/looking like this: https://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview
and then make changes for my client. It was the 2017 Enfold Demo. Can you show me how to start there?

    Hi,

I’m not sure I understand what you are asking, do you have the Enfold theme installed on your site? If so then you can import any of the demos under Enfold->Demo Import.

    What I’m asking is:

When you install one of the themes, like the 2017 theme. It does NOT come over looking like that demo. What I want to do is install the demo, then go in and change the pix and information to fit my client instead of redo all of that.

When I install that demo, it does not give me that cool moving picture and effect that I can go in and edit to be for my client. It just gives me a static picture and no way to access that first page.

You have a slider page on there that maybe is your front page? But how do I get that to show as my front page?

It’s not loading like other themes I have used where the demo info is there, and you just change that to fit the client.

Can you help? If I can’t use it like that, I won’t be able to use it at all and I’d just delete it and ask for a refund.

Yes, I HAD Enfold on there, but it just wasn’t working so I deactivated it.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update, though we can’t help you out unless we can actually see the problem. If you don’t even have the theme active on your installation then it’s more or less impossible for us to say what is going wrong.

If you want to activate the theme again and give us admin access in private then we can have a closer look at your installation.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
