    My support window is almost up and I want to renew, but for some reason I cant gain access to your site. When I put in the email I would have registered with ( (Email address hidden if logged out) ) I am told no such email exists but my Item Purchase Code (4276bb23-e11f-4b04-ad34-d9b76575db34) has already been used by an email. What can I do to get control of this code for the purposes of site access?

    You have used the email in private to register the account. Let us know if you need it to be changed or reset.
