    Hey vaviv,
    Please go to Enfold Theme Options > Footer > Copyright, and enter

    [nolink]

    this will remove the:

    © Copyright - Enfold 2017 - Enfold Theme by Kriesi

    you can also add your own text after the [nolink] code
