October 9, 2018 at 7:51 pm #1019646Hey AlexBellaTropea,
Please update the theme via FTP at this point, we have an issue with the old Envato API and so the theme updater is not working, our devs are working to resolve this issue.
If you need further assistance please let us know.

October 10, 2018 at 11:10 am #1019876Hi,
You don’t need to use FTP, you can simply download it from your Themeforest account then go to Appearance->Themes in WordPress. There you can delete the old version, then upload and activate the new version.

October 11, 2018 at 11:10 am #1020274Hi,
If you only want to backup the theme settings, then you can do so under Enfold->Import/Export. If you want to export your whole installation then you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

RikardSeptember 7, 2019 at 2:39 am #1135178Hi,
I am facing a similar issue:
4 out of 5 enfold based websites have been successfully upgraded from 4.6 to 4.6.1.
Only one (new) website is not updating from 4.6 to 4.6.1 because of the following error after hitting the button “install now” (via upload theme):Nothing Found
Sorry, the post you are looking for is not available. Maybe you want to perform a search?I have already installed the “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File”, but it did not help. I also deleted the .htaccess file and saved the permalinks. without success.
