    Hi,
    I recently downloaded your latest version and faced a few displaying issues: white screen of death on the home page (I more or less solved that by myself) and now the categories listed in the navigation menu which also lead to white, empty screens (check on my website, see below.

    Can you help me solve these problems? What is the cause? Although I did try to understand and apply the new settings, I wonder whether these issues could be generated by faulty settings.

    Thanks for this first answer? Please find below the website’s URL and the categories’ URL appearing blank. The problem seems to lie with the categories and sub-categories, although they are not empty.

    Thanks for that, I see the same thing on my end. Nothing is being rendered, there’s nothing in the error console either which makes things a bit more difficult to debug. Did you go through general debugging methods like in the link in private? If that doesn’t help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I think that error is due to some files having switched places in the new version. Could you try to completely delete the new version from the server, then download a fresh copy from your Themeforest account and then upload it again to see if that helps please?
