Hi, I love the Enfold theme and would like to do the development for something custom and wanted to see if it exists or if you can help me build this.
Scope: We have a school website that includes 30 different locations. We want to create a standard template for all 30 schools that we can use the drag and drop builder to create. Right now, if we wanted to shift some content around, we will have to go and update all 30 school locations. If this gets to 100-150 schools, it will be a lot of work to go into each of the locations to update. We want to create a way to create a Page, that will act like a template to update the other locations. We will also be creating custom components that use the url slug for the location name to pull in custom meta data for each location and load it into custom components we’ll create in addition to what is available outside of the box.
I would like to get your help and advice of how to achieve this.
Here is what i think the workflow would look like:
– User creates 1 Page “Location Template” – uses all the great Enfold layout, components, and components we make in php and include as options to the drag and drop
– User create 30 pages for each location just as containers to hold the slug and some other Page specific metadata
– User will modify the “Location Template” to create a layout and include custom dynamic components
– User will click save on the “Location Template”
– The “Location Template” page will automatically go through all 30 pages and update the entire page with the same layout and components (enfold and custom php elements we build)Is there a way to achieve this?
I’m a software developer and realize I will need to create this custom functionality which I’m totally willing to do, I’m just trying to figure out the best way to go about this.
Can you help?

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
