I would like to have an animated GIF as featured image but only for this post:
The image will be shown on different pages in different sizes:

https://shop.dr-kaffee.de/produkt-kategorie/kaffee/blends/How to handle this image? If I install a plugin – is it right that ALL featured images would be changed?

I have seen gif’s working on some sites, but they may be using plugins.
