Tagged: masonry, special heading
I have a masonry display that I’m building on this page here: https://life.engineering/products-services/change-enablement-system/principle-knowledge-base/
I don’t use featured images for these posts (they’re a custom post type). Instead, I want the masonry element to display the title, and then show the excerpt as a slide-up on mouseover.
If I don’t have a featured image, I can get it to display the title, but don’t know how to get the excerpt to pop up. With a featured image, the description pops up just fine (as you can see on the leftmost post), but I won’t be using images.
Again, what I’d like is for the masonry block to show the title, and then the excerpt to show up on mouseover (as it currently does on the leftmost post)?
Lastly, I’d like for the title to be able to display using the special heading font (which you can see in the top right “Sign up for notifications”.
I would greatly appreciate any help… Thank you!
Hey Rusty,
Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
Basilis
