Hi
my galleries are opening in a strange way – if you click on an image, it opens as a single image and then you have to close the image and there is a duplicate image in the lightbox behind it where you can click through the gallery. See page below. I don’t remember it being that way before, and don’t think any settings have changed. Can you see what the problem is? shouldn’t it just open in a lightbox click-through gallery?
thanks for your help
Nancy

Hi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the issue on my end. Do you have a screenshot?
Best regards,
Ismael
on the page below, if I click on the first image I get this: https://imgur.com/kY0Z2cb
then if I close that image the lightbox slideshow is there behind it:
I see this in chrome only on all the galleries.
thanks
Nancy

Hi Munford,
Can you disable caching and minification for now?
Best regards,
Victoria
yes – I turned off wp fastest cache.
Loading slow now but I am STILL seeing this single image on top of the slideshow.
very strange. In the inspector that image has “fancybox” tags.
Hi,
Did you install any lightbox or gallery plugin? Please disable the plugin or the lightbox option of the gallery plugin. Fancybox is a lightbox plugin, which is not from the theme.

Ismael
yes – I didn’t realize that was installed, or that it was being used automatically on the galleries.
thanks you can close this thread.
