    Hello
    I am using Sportspress plugin and Enfold on my hockey site http://www.hcdelemontvallee.com.

    I have created a player lists however using the shortcode i cannot display it on the page http://www.hcdelemontvallee.com/bambinis/

    It previously displayed correctly but having updated to the latest version of Enfold player lists no longer display.

    I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but this has no effect.

    Can you help ?

    Hi Darren,

    Thanks for the links, though I’m not sure what shortcode you are using? Is it from the theme or from a plugin? Please try to explain a bit further and provide us with a link to what it’s supposed to look like. Also please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at the page in question.

    Hi Rikard,
    The shortcode is from the Sportspress plugin. The plugin allows you to create a team list and display it as a list or a gallery. Having created a Player List a shortcode is automatically generated. I dont believe the shortcode is the issue its that the list or gallery is not rendered at all.

    This previously worked but has stopped working since I updated Enfold theme.

    Hi,

    Did you test it on a default theme? The same shortcode is not working on a default editor. (see private field)
    Please contact the plugin author for additional help.
