Hi,
It seems as though the YouTube embed code breaks the “page as footer” that I have built. It only happens on this page.
I have removed the YouTube embed codeblocks and then the footer looks like it should. Please could you kindly assist.
Thanks.

Is it working now or is it a broken now?
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?

October 1, 2018 at 7:23 am #1016443Hi,
There’s a modified footer.php file in the child theme. What did you add or change there?
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 1, 2018 at 8:15 am #1016457Hey Ismael,
Here is the code that I edited (the socket stuff):
<span class='copyright'>© Copyright<?php echo $copyright; echo date(' Y') . $kriesi_at_backlink; ?> Valcucine SA, <span class="all-rights-reserved-text">All rights reserved</span><a class="socket-terms-link" href="/dev/valcucine/terms-of-use">Terms of Use</a><a class="socket-privacy-link" href="/dev/valcucine/privacy-policy">Privacy Policy</a><a href="/dev/valcucine/cookie-policy">Cookie Policy</a><br><a class="credit-link" href="https://infestation.co.za/" target="_blank">Infestation</a><span class="credit-circle">•</span><a class="credit-link" href="https://creativeengineeringstudio.com/" target="_blank">creative engineering studio</a></span>
Here is a link to all the code in the footer.php file I have: https://pastebin.com/rYtnqDta
Thanks.
October 1, 2018 at 9:10 am #1016473Hey!
Please open up enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/codeblock.php (you can use the wordpress code editor – Appearance > Editor) and delete the entire code in the file. Then copy the code from here: https://pastebin.com/raw/6UgNAdLx into the file and save it. Afterwards please check if the new code fixed the footer issue or not.
Cheers!
PeterOctober 1, 2018 at 9:30 am #1016482Hey Dude,
Should I not be copying that file into my child theme and making edits to that so things don’t get overwritten when I update the theme?
Thanks.
October 1, 2018 at 9:35 am #1016485Hi,
Yes you can add it to the child theme too. However we’ll include the patched version of the codeblock.php with the next theme update, thus you don’t need to overwrite it again.
Best regards,
