Hi, I have Yoast SEO installed, theme and plugins up to date. About 4 weeks ago I noticed that featured images are no longer posting onto linkedin or google. They usually work for facebook.
I have other Enfold sites using AIOSEO and the featured images work fine there. I also have Yoast on other sites with a different theme and those are OK too.
It’s only my Enfold sites with Yoast where the featured image will not post onto linkedin or google. I’ve waited a few weeks to see if it self-resolved or an update fixed it, but it’s still going on. It’s quite a pain to post images manually and annoying as not required for other sites.
I was wondering whether to migrate SEO to AIOSEO instead as that would also give the bad bots protection option, but it’s a pain to transfer everything.
Ideally there’s a solution to get the Yoast images working again.
Can you help or advise??

ON the first link I see no social share buttons and no featured image.
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaSeptember 27, 2018 at 4:11 pm #1015354Hi, see private area for logons. Featured image on the first one is set but not included on page.
social share buttons are disabled on the one, but that shouldn’t affect what’s posted onto linkedin/google? Which did work fine until about 4 weeks ago.
Thanks for looking at this.
September 28, 2018 at 8:24 am #1015607Hi,
The open graph info (see private field) required by Linkedin are available on the posts, so it is not where the issue lies. You may need to comply to their image sharing requirements.
Here are the image requirements specific to the LinkedIn sharing module:
Max file size: 5 MB
Minimum image dimensions: 1200 (w) x 627 (h) pixels
Recommended ratio: 1.91:1The following image doesn’t meet the minimum image dimension. (see private field)
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 28, 2018 at 11:07 am #1015696It’s the same image size I use on lots of other sites though, it works with Yoast on other templates and works with AIOSEO on Enfold – but with Yoast on Enfold it doesn’t work.
I may just have to go onto AIOSEO instead. Do you know if there’s an easy way to transition and take the meta data over to the new plugin?

According to the official website: https://semperplugins.com/documentation/seo-data-importer/ you can use the data importer (Tools > SEO Data Import in your WordPress dashboard) to import the Yoast data.Best regards,
