    Hi,
    I am experiencing severe issues on my website. I have a fresh install of wordpress version 4.9.8 but cannot seem to Save Settings in the enfold menu, import demo data or use the layout builder.
    Please assist me as this is quite urgent.
    Please find login credentials in private section.

    Good Day Victoria,

    Thanks for the advice. I have increased the memory on the site and it seemed to work for the Demo Import as well as saving enfold settings.

    However, I am still experiencing issues with the Avia Layout Builder.
    The builder can’t seem to load. When editing a page the builder continuously shows the little loading spinner but never comes up. please assist.

    As before login credentials are posted in the private content block.

    Those errors are just google maps API warning as I have imported demo data but did not enter API key as yet

    Good Day,

    Please note that I have created a brand new installation of wordpress and reinstalled enfold.
    I am still getting the same issue with the layout builder even though I have followed above steps.

    I’ve just noticed the issue with the layout builder not loading only occurs on the “Welcome” page in the Enfold Gym Demo.
    Please assist

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. You are getting several “CONNECTION REFUSED” errors on that page, I’m not sure why though. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then move all the shortcodes to a new page to see if that helps please? You could also try to recreate the page from scratch.
