    I sell fabric. When the bolt is empty I need to continue to hold the item in my database until after I do year end inventory and do my taxes. I changed the status to Pending, made it Private and made it Hidden from search so that the customer would not be able to locate it. Now I cannot find them in the backend. How do I find them?

    Thanks. I used the Woocommerce Bulk Edit tool to find them. I created a filter for status and then checked the ones flagged as Pending and Private since I knew I could have set either of those to Hidden. I saw no way to look at that field specifically.
