    Hi,
    first off all thanx for your amazing work on Enfold.

    Today, we update a customer website in 4.4.1 and this appears to affect the google map.
    It isn’t working anymore.
    Our API key is valid and doesn’t have reach the quota.

    Below credentials for access. Thx for your help

    Thanks for that, you are getting this error message on the page: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#invalid-key. Could you try to generate a new key to see if that helps please?

    Hey,
    i have already try that. Also a new key with no restriction.
    This doesn’t solve the issue.

    But I just checked the page and that issue is still there, so most probably soemthing you try is wrong.

    Hi,

    excuse me but i don’t understand the point of your last reply ?

    Indeed the problem is still here and we don’t know why. We try to generate a new key with no success.

    But in the backend of the enfold, we have this message when we try to “ckeck the key” of the Google services tab :
    “We were able to properly connect to google maps with your API key
    If you ever change your API key or the URL restrictions of the key please verify the key here again, to test if it works properly”

    Also before the update of enfold, the google map works great.

    Hi,

    There is a customized copy of the google_maps.php file in the child theme. Did you update that file? Please update the template files in your child theme.

    Hi,

    thx for your answer. Indeed, the is a google_maps.php file in the child theme. This file as been correctly updated buyt the problem remains the same unfortunatly.

    I have totaly delete this file from the child theme.

    Another idea to solve this issue ? The google key is correct and this work before the update.

    Hi,

    here the FTP details in private section.
    I’ve delete the google maps shortcode in the child theme.

    The map doesn’t show, and i’ve this new message in the source code : Maps were disabled by the visitor on this site.

    Thank you for taking into consideration that I have accepted the RGPD conditions for the appearance of the Google map. The map also has no display condition and should be displayed immediately.

    The map is displaying properly when I check the contact page. Is this fixed? What was the issue?
