Hi all.
I am somehow surprised because my header logo, sometimes looks fine, and some times it looks stretched ( wider than supposed to be ).
Annoying … because there´s nothing wrong. The PNG size is as you specify.
Take a look http://www.lucasgeuna.com and refresh a couple of times. It should happen. It happens in every platform and every Explorer ( Safari / Chrome / etc )
As I read … it may be something related to cache … but I am not editing anything. So it should stay as desired. no image updating …
Any idea ?
Thanks. And BTW … love your theme. Third time I purchase it. This time for myself. Previous for clients.
September 20, 2018 at 2:14 pm #1012313Hey lucasgeuna,
I refreshed your site a few times using Chrome on OSX but I can’t see any changes at all, and the logo doesn’t looked stretched. If you are using a caching plugin or similar then please clear the cache from that and from your local browser.
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 20, 2018 at 5:31 pm #1012402Hi.
Already tried through those solutions. Flushed my browsers many times … it is just erratic.
I will test in other Computers if you say you don´t experience the problem.Thanks.
September 21, 2018 at 4:57 am #1012618Hi,
Why did you put a lot of blank or transparent space at the right side of the logo? Please crop the image, remove the blank spaces and then upload it again.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 21, 2018 at 9:32 am #1012692Well, what I did was to use the exactly size in pixels that is specified in the specifications.
Then, into that PNG placed the logo on the left side, so it is always aligned to the left. Nothing strange here.
I assume Enfold doesn’t recognize if the right side of a PNG is empty or filled. Usually in that space people put the Name. You are sure using a square logo instead of the specified size would change something ?
Thanks.

Thanks for the update. Yes, please crop the image and remove the blank spaces.

IsmaelSeptember 22, 2018 at 7:14 pm #1013118Remove ALL the empty space is not an option, because if i do that ( wich I did ) the Logo fills ALL the top bar … and it looks very big.
What did now is to use a square png, 156 x 156. Let´s see what happens.September 23, 2018 at 5:11 am #1013211Hi,
Thanks for the update, did you have any luck with the square format? I had a look on your site and it’s still looking good on my end.
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 25, 2018 at 9:47 am #1014076Looks like ( although I haven´t deeply tested it ) it is not stretching anymore.
It is still weird as I was using from the beginning correct image size, and also, because many people may need to use a rectangle instead of a square. But as I said … looks like it doesn’t stretch anymore.
Regards.
