I need to make this shop page full width, so it can display a sidebar without shrinking the product images so much. Is there anyway to make it full width? It uses WooCommerce?
Also, is there any way to display the categories above in horizontal menu, instead of as a sidebar?

Thank you for using Enfold.
Did you set that page as the base shop page in the WooCommerce > Settings panel? That page is considered as archive page so you have to enable the “Sidebar on Archive Pages” from the Enfold > Sidebar Settings panel.
