Dear reader,
About a year ago a webdevelopment agency built me a wordpress website using the Enfold theme. After some time i decided not to do any business with them anymore and i started learning myself how to use wordpress.
I have got a situation on the website where i’m unable to fix the blurry pictures on my website. All the existing threads on this matter are not working for me and probably for older versions of wordpress.
The current problem is that i’m not able to register on the website because the online marketing agency bought me the enfold theme with their credentials. Am i not able to contact support now?

Hey Nick Brouwer,
You will need a valid license to both contact support and to update the theme, so I would suggest that you contact the people who made the site for you to share the details so that you have access to the theme files and the purchase info. Otherwise you might want to consider buying a license of your own.
I tried logging into your site but the details are not working, please check and verify.

Is there any way you can help me figuring out the details or activating my account? I’d rather not contact them again ever (unless it’s absolutely necessary).
I shared the correct credentials through the private content tab.
