    Hello, i am creating a page and i want it to be in different languages. I do not want to have a widget that would translate the page instead of me. I would like to do my own translations of the text and just make it possible for the visitor to chose the language that the page would appear in in the top right corner. How do i do that? Do i create 3 versions of each page (in 3 languages)? How do I determine which versions of pages to show depending on the language that was selected?

    Please try a plugin like QTranslate or WPML, that would be helpful for you to go through the translations and all the details :)

    Hello,
    i already have the translations. I would like the visitor to pick a language which would act like a “filter” and based on what the result of the filter is – the page with the selected language would be shown. How do i do that? :)

    Hi,

    You need to use a plugin like WPML. The plugin won’t do the translation work for you but it enables you to create new pages for your translations and to connect them with the original, non translated pages. It also helps you to add translated menus, translated widgets and a language switcher to your website.
