    Hi Support,
    You were excellent with assistance on another site for a client in helping me resolve issues after updating the theme, so much so, I was confident that I could deploy the theme update to their secondary site which was based off the first as well.

    Immediately hit problems, following the same steps as before, the site now loads but seems to have lost all of its styles/layouts. Regardless of device I test it on, it does not seem to be cache related, cloudflare is not used, theres no internal cache. Even testing the site on devices which have never browsed it cant load it correctly.

    Some sections are not even displaying anymore, almost as if there is an error/conflict in the avia layout builder. For example on the team page there should be a gallery of staff members but its completely not shown after upgrading the theme.

    I’ll include examples in the private content section.

    How did you transfer the content, theme settings and posts to the live site? Did you use the WP Migrate DB plugin?

    I didnt transfer anything, I was simply ‘upgrading the theme’

    All I did was upgrade the theme by updating the parent theme and then the site lost all styles/layout etc.

    Hey!

    I see. I checked the live and dev site but I don’t see any difference. Have you tried disabling the theme’s Performance > File Compression settings after the update?

    You are 100% correct, I have tabs open still showing all the styles missing, its like it must of been a cache problem.

    I haven’t viewed the site in 3-4 days since submitting this ticket. I have no explanation! It is working as you said!
