    HI, I have this problem on the site now. Not sure when it started but just noticed that the facebook widget in the footer is now blank. How can I get this to display properly again?

    OK it seems that this issue is some problem with Firefox (mac 61.0.2). Seems to be working just fine in Safari and Chrome? I am going to replace the widget with a fixed image.

    Thanks for the feedback, are you going to use the image as a permanent solution? If not then let us know where we can see the actual problem.

    Hi Rikard, I would like to go back to the way it was as this loses the dynamic content if facebook profiles are changed. so it would be nice to find a permanent fix. I am aware that facebook is soon going to be requiring an SSL site but not sure whether this would be affected by that.

    I do not have a PC nearby to test this on but on Mac as I said it works fine in Safari and Chrome, but is blank in firefox.

    UPDATE: Even the fixed image link doesn’t display in Firefox my end? Maybe its better we look into this now so I would appreciate your help

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, though I can’t see any differences on my end comparing between Chrome and Firefox (developer version 63) on OSX. Are you sure that it’s not something local to your machine? A screenshot of the results you are getting might help us to understand what the problem might be.

    If you need help with the FB widget then please add it somewhere so that we can check it on our end.
