Hello,
after working on a page (Home) and saving it, the Avia Layout Architect wont’t stop to load on this specific page.
I have to refresh this page with cmd+r (Mac) that I can work again on it.
I cleared my cache, etc. but it won’t help. Every time I save the page the loader is not disappearing.Maybe someone can help me out
Thanks & CheersSeptember 4, 2018 at 1:57 pm #1005557Hey griddler,
Please create us an admin account and we’ll look into it.

September 6, 2018 at 7:42 am #1006479Hi,
I can’t reproduce the issue on the Home page. The update works every time. Can you give us a screencast of the issue?
Please note that the Visual Builder plugin is not compatible with the advance layout builder. You have to deactivate it.Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 8, 2018 at 5:28 pm #1007445Hi,
I attached a screenshot link, you can see the loading screen won’t disappear after saving the page.
Issue is only on the page “Home”So I have to to deactivate the “WPBakery Page Builder” which was preinstalled in Enfold?
ThanksSeptember 8, 2018 at 8:32 pm #1007482Hi,
I deactivated “WPBakery Page Builder” and cleared the cache, but I still habe the issue in Browser Safari.
I tested it in firefox as well there all works great. Thanks
September 9, 2018 at 5:26 am #1007528Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. What happens if you temporarily remove the code block at the bottom of the page?

September 12, 2018 at 5:09 am #1008697Hi,
There is actually a code block on the screenshot. Please remove it temporarily. Where are you testing this? I can’t reproduce the issue on Opera/Chrome, Windows 7.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 20, 2018 at 10:32 am #1012194Hey Ismael,
okay see the code block (now) :-)
I removed it! and this was the alright this was the reason of it.
But the code block was my newsletter (CleverReach). So when this kind of failure is the case, is it then not working with your theme?
Thanks for your support!!!
CheersSeptember 21, 2018 at 2:53 am #1012575Hi,
Script tags are known to create these kind of issues on the builder. Try to create a custom shortcode for the newsletter script instead of adding it directly to the builder.
