    Hi,

    For the site of our company, Verum Software Tools B.V., we use a child theme based on the Enfold theme. Currently we are in process of customizations/improvements and we need to post a question in the support forum.

    Throughout the years many people were involved in creating and updating the site and currently we lost the information about which email address was used in the theme purchase.

    As far as I can see we need that email address in order to register for any support from you.

    Would it be possible to get some help you in identifying which email address was used to purchase the them? At this moment I can think on 3 emails which were (hopefully) used: (Email address hidden if logged out) , (Email address hidden if logged out) or (Email address hidden if logged out) .

    Can you please check if any of the three emails above was ever used to purchase the Enfold theme or maybe another email ending in @verum.com?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hey Ladislau Posta,

    Thanks for reaching out. I can’t find any users on our forum registered to your domain, but that doesn’t mean that you didn’t use them to purchase the theme since we can only find users registered on our support forum. Did you try to request new passwords for the emails you listed on Envato/Themeforest? That should give you the option to update your password if one of them were used to purchase the theme.

    Do you still have the license key in the theme options?

    I did not find any users registered with either of these emails.

    Thanks a lot for your answers.

    I have tried the lost password on all the 3 addresses, unfortunately with no success.
    I have also tried the email address of the person who started the child theme (meanwhile she left the company): Dagmar Cijsouw. No success either.
    I do not see any license key in the (child) theme options. :-(
    I have contact the company management also, maybe they have more answers. I’ll come back on the subject as soon as I have more info.
