WPML – Show all categories in blog post, even if not translated

Dear Support,

we have a multilanguage website usind enfold and wpml.
We have a german category and german postsin german language and show them on the german page using blogpost element.

What I need to have now is, that the translated version of this site, for example “french” also shows the german posts.
When I use the blog-post element on french site it doesn’t show the german category.

Notice: Duplicate or Translate Post doens’t work because there is a different post-id.
Why do we need this?

-> The posts can be voted and everybody no matter which language was choosen should vote the original post and not a duplicate.
