Please upload the screenshot to a service like Dropbox and give us the link here.
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

You are running a very old version of the theme. Could you try to update to the latest version of the theme to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please delete the old version of the theme, then upload the new one. Make sure that you have backups of the site before you start updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Thanks for your advice. I update the theme and registrated it. Now the Backend Editor of the WP LayerSlider is working. But i get some new Problems. The Slider isnt shown on the Frontend. Before the update the slider was working but the editor not. I have another problem with the Advanced Layout Builder. If i try to edit a site and try to find out why the slider isnt showing i get a white screen.
You from Austria right? So could we write in german? My english writing is terribly.

Hi Aaron Jedowski,
You have the header.php, footer.php and the avia.js in your child theme. Did you update them with the fresh copy from the parent theme?

Yes, you need to put the new version of the header.php file to your child theme and make the changes you had in the old one in the fresh copy now.
