    Hi guys,

here is my website : and as you can – or should – see the logo area on top left corner is not appearing and instead there is the corrupted file “logo” .

Also at another area of the website, when i uploaded a image directly in the text part of my post, it does not show (in “our wine”)

How can I fix this problem? I don’t quite understand because the images should be in the files uploaded with the content on my host so…

    thanks !

This is the url of your logo. It says localhost.

    <img src="http://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/WIA-200-1001.png" alt="">

Upload it again. Our Wines looks fine. I can see the image.

    Hi Ismael,

Sorry i’m really having difficulties here but I do not understand where should I reupload the logo? I have worked all the time on my localhost and now everything has moved on godaddy and i’m not sure how I should upload this again and where..? I found the file in my file manager system but there were a lot other files too , i did re upload it but nothing happened..

Also should I install the wordpress app that godaddy suggest I do? I have no idea as to how to change my text etc and modify anything else either by the way..

    Hi wahjay,

It sounds like you just uploaded the database from your local install to the live install. The problem is that the database saves your information relative to its installation.

You need to go through and re-set those images that are pointing to your computer and instead change them to point to the files on the live host.

    Hi Devin,

thanks for all the support. I understand and get the idea. However, how can re-set those images and point them to the files on the live host?

Should I get back on filezilla and from my liveserver redo everything or can it be done from my live server godaddy ?

Also, Should the database be updated afterwards ?

    Thanks a lot !

You need to upload them manually.

Yes but is that done trough godaddy or filezilla?

I have already uploaded manually the file but it’s just uploaded on the server and does not know it should go to the logo part for example

Sorry i got things corrected.. i’m learning :) thanks and sorry for the trouble lol
