Hello,
I have two problems with the Enfold theme.
1. the website is no longer displayed correctly (www.membraworld.com) . Everything is totally shifted
2. The backend is displayed normally. For example, if I want to click on a text that I want to edit and that is displayed with before, the field where the text was before is empty.I already tried it with the new Enfold version but it doesn’t change anything.
Also i deactivated all plugins to see if there is an error but also that doesn’t change anythingI hope you can help me
Best greetings from Germany

1. I can’t see anything obviously wrong with your site, please post screenshots of the problems.
2. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 22, 2019 at 2:01 pm #1129986that’s totally weird. i deactivated Visual Composer and then it worked better. now the problem is that not a single animation works as before (loading bar, etc/on the screenshots and also certain plugins are not displayed). I reactivated Visual Composer and it didn’t get any worse.
As soon as I activate the current version of Enfold the page doesn’t work properly anymore.
I have to switch back to version 4.5.2 but there are problems with the loading bars and the animations.
How can i post screenshots ?
August 23, 2019 at 5:25 am #1130185Hi,
Thanks for the details and update. Did you try to disable all plugins, including your caching plugins, to see if that makes any difference? There might be a conflict coming from one or more of them.
You can upload screenshots to for instance Google Drive or Dropbox and then link to them here.
Best regards,
