This just started happening about an hour ago. So, I’m assuming something updated and is causing this. I’ve disabled all plugins.
Strangely, it works in the Brave browser and mobile, but not IE, Chrome or it’s derivatives.
Hi rvpsgi,

What country?
And thanks for your fast response! 🙂
Hi rvpsgi,
I am from Ukraine, but my colleagues are from other countries.
Best regards,
Victoria
Do you need anything else from me or how can I help? We are down…
It seems to be google tag manager that is causing this but I can’t figure out how to get it out of the pages or fix the reason for the issue?
Hi rvpsgi,
Please refrain from replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
How did you add the google tag manager code?
Best regards,
Victoria
I’ve manged to find that it was put in the header.php file. (I didn’t design this site nor are familiar with Enfold, but I am a programmer and web designer by trade).
Can you see how to get rid of the gap at the top of the page so the red bar it all the way to the top?
Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {
display:none !important;
}

Rikard
Super! That worked great. Thanks!
If I should start a new topic, please let me know….
Last issue we’re having is the mobile menus appears behind other page elements. How can we fix this?
Hey rvpsgi,
Yes please start a new thread for separate issues.
Best regards,
Jordan Shannon
