    Hi
    From one day to the next on the following website I see thumbnails below the big images:

    In the Gallery Settings I chose “Big image only, other images can be accessed via lightbox”.
    I use the latest version of WordPress (4.9.8) and Enfold (4.5).
    Is there a solution for this problem?

    Thanks a lot in advance and best regards from Switzerland

    Hey mnueesch,

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, we have found there is an error in the the css at: \enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\gallery\gallery.css
    on line 38, it has an extra sector av-hide-gallery-thumbs at the beginning of the rule.
    This what it now shows

    av-hide-gallery-thumbs .av-hide-gallery-thumbs .avia-gallery-thumb{display:none;}

    Please use ftp to correct, this is what it should show:

    .av-hide-gallery-thumbs .avia-gallery-thumb{display:none;}

    If you want help making this change, please post your ftp access in the Private Content area.
    This will be corrected for the next update.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike
    Thanks for your reply.
    According to your description, I corrected the gallery.css file (line 38). Unfortunately the problem stays the same. The thumbnails in the Image Galleries are still there.
    Do you see another solution to fix this issue?
    Just in case I post the ftp access below.

    Thanks a lot and best regards

    Hi,
    I see that you edited the correct file, and it was the correct solution, but I believe in your case there was a caching issue, that will correct itself.
    For now I added the solution to your WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .av-hide-gallery-thumbs .avia-gallery-thumb{display:none !important; }

    and your gallery now views correctly. Please clear your browser cache and check.
    There is no worry because having the same rule twice will not cause any issues, and this will be corrected in the next update.

    Best regards,
    Mike
