I created a page template for the front page of my website (Incarnation theme). Now I have two homepages: http://www.brookmccarthy.com/ and http://www.brookmccarthy.com/home

How do I delete one? I seem to only be able to access http://www.brookmccarthy.com/home to edit. How do I remove one of these?

    Hey BrookAM!

You can not delete the home page. When assigned a page as homepage, then the results are to have also the page displayed.
You still have one homepage, not to. Homepage is the first page a user sees when visiting a web site.

    Hello Basilis
How come I can add meta info for one of those pages only? One page is optimised but the other isn’t. So the page that appears in the search results, brookmccarthy.com isn’t optimised – which isn’t good.

Have you received the login details yet? I have sent 3 times now. Can you give me an email address that I can send this to as this issue is now urgent.

    Thanks

    Hi!

We always ask the users to post any private details in the Private Content field. You can find it below the forum’s post editor.

Private Content (link to your website, login credentials, FTP credentials, etc - only visible for moderators)

Did you set the home or front page in the Settings > Reading panel? If yes, please reset the settings to default. Set the home page in the Theme Options > Frontpage Settings.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
