    Hi I just purchased your theme and I fell in love with the demo I save at theme forrest but now that I got it to look at the back end I am completely confused. I cant install the WooCommerce – eCommerce Shop plugin because it says failed every time I try let alone try to figure out how to make it look like how it did in the live preview. Is there any type of tutorial on how to use this theme because I really need the help, I really like this theme so please help me make this work.

    The theme that I purchased was the Replete theme, thanks.

    1) Please make sure that the allocated memory is set to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    2) If the WooCommerce plugin doesn’t install for whatever reasons (probably a hoster or server configuration problem) please use ftp and upload the uncompressed plugin files (you can download them here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/ into the wp-content/plugins folder.

    3) Please use WP3.5.3 because Replete is not fully compatible with WordPress 3.6 yet which was released today.

    I can seem to figure out how to set the memory to 128, I followed your instruction on how to instal the plugin and this is what I am getting:

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/content/93/11549893/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/

    Plugin install failed.

    I have version 3.6 how can I change it back to the one you recommend.

    Where are the video tutorials that were stated before I bought this, only reason I got this was because I assumed that it would come with tutorials?

    The video tutorials can be found here: http://kriesi.at/themes/abundance/templates/video-tutorials/

    The error message above tells you that the plugin folder already exists. If you can’t activate woocommerce on the plugin screen use your ftp tool (i.e. filezilla) to connect to your server, then navigate to wp-content/plugins/ and delete the “woocommerce” folder. Then download the plugin zip file from: http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/ and uncompress it and upload the woocommerce folder into the wp-content/plugins/ directory. Then go to the admin page (Plugins > Installed Plugins) and activate woocommerce.

    I can’t get woocommerce plugin to be accepted without ‘Fatal Errror: allowed memory size exceeded… ‘ etc and I’ve tried googling the issues and increasing wp-settings file MB but nothing is working… just need to have 3 products available to sell for site I bought Enfold for (AMAZING theme!) and also issues with Menu colors and dropdowns (I can’t find anywhere how to edit these colors and I can’t finish this job until I figure out woocommerce and the menu colors… any ideas PLZ??! http://feelingblocks.com/MaryAnnBorders/

    Please add this on your .htaccess file.

    php_value upload_max_filesize 50M
    php_value post_max_size 50M
    php_value max_execution_time 500
    php_value max_input_time 500

    Please contact your host if you’re not sure what to do.

    Thanks Ismael! (I just saw your reply as I thought maybe I would get an email alert letting me there was a response.. So I apologize as also my clients server/host Network Solutions couldn’t adjust memory as I have had my host GoDaddy do a few times)

    Can I just open the htaccess file via FTP through Text Wrangler, add this code, and Save and or Upload over the original one? I am not very good at code, etc (graphic designer)

    Also any idea how I can adjust Inactive Menu page button colors as well as Text in dropdown/submenu pages and background submenu boxes? You can see here it is Not Good or useable as is http://feelingblocks.com/MaryAnnBorders Everything is AMAZING w Enfold!! just these two issues and I will be done with the site THNKS!!

    You can do it yourself if you have access to the file.

    For the inactive menu items, you can add this on your custom.css or Quick CSS:

    .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a {
    color: white;

    This is for the active menu state:

    .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li.current-menu-item > a, .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li.current_page_item > a, .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li.active-parent-item > a {
    color: red

    For the submenu:

    .header_color .header_bg, .header_color .main_menu ul, .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li a, .header_color .pointer_arrow_wrap .pointer_arrow, .header_color .avia_mega_div {
    background-color: #19b0e2;
    color: white;

    And the submenu background color when hovered:

    .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li a:hover {
    background-color: red;

    Adjust the color values.

    Right ON Ismael!! You are the Man/It worked Perfect! BIG Thanks

    Ahhh srry, one LAST thing, I thought I had also put in my original message… the Footer Widget Titles are the same grey the inactive menu pages were before… How can I add CSS for that http://feelingblocks.com/MaryAnnBorders (see the bottom widget Title areas are hard to read)

    Other Enfold customers haven’t had problems being able to have control over these Color areas/they have to use CSS also? I was just curious as everything else is perfectly customizable from Enfold styling options and this the only confusing part. That is the Last thing and All will be GRT

    Again So Much Appreciation for your expert advice and Amazing Theme!

    Glad they worked. :)

    I got “Internal Server Error” message when I visit the site http://feelingblocks.com/MaryAnnBorders

    I kept experimenting with htaccess and that code and must not have gone back saved the original back thru FTP Ismael… now its Up again if you can look at THNKS

    Just checking back Ismael, where do you suggest I put your code

    php_value upload_max_filesize 50M

    php_value post_max_size 50M

    php_value max_execution_time 500

    php_value max_input_time 500

    into the htaccess code that is there now:

    # BEGIN WordPress

    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

    RewriteEngine On

    RewriteBase /MaryAnnBorders/

    RewriteRule ^index.php$ – [L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d

    RewriteRule . /MaryAnnBorders/index.php [L]

    # END WordPress

    I kept getting internal server errors but wasn’t sure where to copy/paste into… and the 50MB is big enough?

    The Kriesi Comment on Enfold Comments page said:

    “As told in the support thread: if none of your own settings help you need to contact the hosting provider to change your memory limit. The server you are using is running on 40mb memory limit which is extremely low for a modern wordpress installation.

    I would request at least 128mb.”

    I REALLY appreciate as my clients host Network Solutions is no help at all. I will be finished with the site as soon as I can install woocommerce into http://FeelingBlocks.com/MaryAnnBorders without errors

    Hi Sterling,

    For Network Solutions you’ll need to go into your cgi-bin folder in the root of your ftp connection. Add a new file called php.ini into it.

    I actually just did this for a personal client so here is the file: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9222756/php.ini

    It also has some other tweaks that will help with Enfold. This account was a “Essential” Hosting-Unix so if you don’t have cgi-bin access talk to Network solutions. They refuse to do anything for you but should at least be able to help point you in the right direction on where you can add the file or how to properly view the folder.

    Hi I need help on how to set up my shopping cart. I have all my pages and products loaded and I need to know what to do after something is added to the cart then to checkout. I appreciate any help.

    Hi starkojpeg,

    You’ll need to look through the WooCommerce documentation here for anything relating to the checkout->purchase cycle: http://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/

    YOU SIR Devin are #AWESOME!! It worked! (fine tuning setup) http://feelingblocks.com/MaryAnnBorders/buy-now/

    Whoooo Hoooooo!! Big THNKS

    one last thing, I mentioned earlier… I can’t see how to alter color of footer widget titles, see how at bottom of site they are Grey… we are trying to make white pls!

    THNK YOU (after that site is done and she luvs it!)

    Please add this on your custom.css or quick CSS

    .widgettitle {
    color: white !important;

    Worked like a Charm Ismael! THNK$ again!!
