When switching between tabs in the admin panel a redirect to 404-2/?avia_forced_reroute=1 occurs.
Here is a link where people have the same problem. Is affecting our SEO drastically in the last months. Will need support for customization done by you (paid by us to you) or tell us how to fix it please.
In the other hand if we update the theme we get errors and pages load with errors, can you pls help.
Child theme is activated and no php changes done.
Will stand by for your reply and super support.
Thanks in advance.

August 21, 2022 at 3:17 pm #1362345Hi,
Thanks for the update. If your site breaks when updating it, then we would have to see the actual error in order to help you out. Could you copy the site to a staging site, and update there first maybe?
Best regards,

Thanks for the screenshots. Please try to replace footer.php and header.php in your child with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need help with that, then please share FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of your site.
Best regards,
