    When switching between tabs in the admin panel a redirect to 404-2/?avia_forced_reroute=1 occurs.
    Here is a link where people have the same problem.

    /?avia_forced_reroute=1 errro

    Is affecting our SEO drastically in the last months. Will need support for customization done by you (paid by us to you) or tell us how to fix it please.

    In the other hand if we update the theme we get errors and pages load with errors, can you pls help.

    Child theme is activated and no php changes done.

    Will stand by for your reply and super support.

    working on it, thanks, concerning the avia reroute… will let you know if anything, but in the theme update….

    we can not … update to latest theme… site breaks down when we update…
    can you help pls?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If your site breaks when updating it, then we would have to see the actual error in order to help you out. Could you copy the site to a staging site, and update there first maybe?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshots. Please try to replace footer.php and header.php in your child with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need help with that, then please share FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of your site.

    Hi,

    The problem was cause by the SG optimiser, it creates a conflict when JavaScript file compression is active in the theme. I’ve turned it off for you, and the rotator is working as it should now.
