Theme license questions

Dear Kriesi team,

I am about to start working on a project for a small company and I am planning to use Enfold to do the website. I am planning to develop the website on localhost and once it is complete, to deploy it in the company’s host computer. I will therefore have a running copy of WordPress in my local host to program any changes the client might want in the future and also the real website running in a proper host.

Can I accomplish this setup with a single license or will the localhost installation conflict with the original website?
