Many of the functions of the Advanced Editor have quit working, such as Icon List, Newsletter Signup (MailChimp), Submenu, etc. These elements no longer appear on the front end. When I’m logged in to the Dashboard, I see the Admin Notice instead of the element. It names the element and says, “This element was disabled in your theme settings. You can activate it here: Performance Settings”. When I go to the Performance Settings, I don’t see any relative settings for these elements. I don’t understand what happened or why these suddenly quit working.

    Please help!

    Hey,

Thanks for contacting us and happy new year!

I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and chose to load all elements in “Disabling of template builder elements” and that helped. That should not have been necessary however I think there might be a conflict with one of your plugins. If you would like us to look further into it, please let us know. We would need to de-activate all active plugins and switch to parent theme for testing :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit

Thank you SO SO much! I’ve installed MemberPress and the only thing I could think is that there was a permissions conflict from that? I plan to start promoting this soon and don’t want any hiccups once I start adding members. If you think there’s potential that there could be a script conflict or permissions rewrite, I’d like to have all that sorted out before the promotion launch. Please feel free to test as needed.

It’s my understanding that Enfold and MemberPress play well together, correct?

This happened to me after installing bbPress. Any advice?

I would recommend trying what Yigit said. I had also installed bbPress. I’m not sure which affected the permissions, but whatever Yigit did seemed to fix it.

    Hi,

@phausner: Most plugins should work fine with the theme out of the box, but some may require template modification or additional customization to properly integrate its functionality or its layout with the theme. Let us know if you encounter any issues with the MemberPress plugin.

@kellykilgallon: Hello there! Please create a new thread and post the site details in the private field so that we could check the issue properly.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
