    Dear Support,

I made a form using a popular WordPress form plugin ‘Ninja Forms’. It worked fine at first but I filled out a test form an I got back an error ‘ninja forms error Call to a member function get_id() on a non-object’ and the form wasn’t submitted. Also, when I entered ‘Date’ fields they do not appear on the form. I first thought it was a problem with Ninja Forms, but after troubleshooting and going through their support we found out that the theme we are using ‘Flagship’ was breaking Ninja Forms functionality. I was wondering if you could identity the problem and let me know what can be done to fix this. Thank you.

    Hey visualelementmedia,

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

    Best regards,
