    Hi,
    I added a cloud with tags (Schlagwörter) on our site https://www.ebg-rottenburg.de/ .
    If a user clicks on one of the tags, the correct results are shown, but in a way that is not ok:
    1) There is some html-code display underneath:
    [av_textblock size=” font_color=” color=” av-medium-font-size=”…
    2) The author and the date the page oder the blog-entry has been published is not neccessary. How can I hide these informations?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    1.) Did you remove the tag cloud? Please add it again so that we can check the issue.

    2.) We used this code in the Quick CSS field to remove the post meta info.

    span.post-meta-infos {
    display: none;
}

    Hi Ismael,
    the tag-cloud is back on the bottom of the side-bar on the right on our starting page. As I wrote in the reply a few minutes ago, I’m working on resetting the page after loading a demo…
    However, if you click on “AGs” in the tag-cloud the following text is displayed “[av_horizontal_gallery ids=’6688,4044,4026,4010,4009,3989,3988′ height=’15’ size=’large’ links=”…”

    You might check it again…

    Hi,

    It is displaying the actual gallery shortcode. Did you add any filter for the content or excerpt? Edit that post and add an excerpt to it.

    Hi Ismael,
    you might consider this topic as closed, because the tag-cloud is not what we really want anyway. I removed it.
    If you want to do some more investigations on this problem I can easily add it again.
