    Hi there, I have some questions regarding how support works. I am currently a customer and have purchased Enfold.

    1) Is it possible to purchase support?
    2) I see that you have forums, how can I post a question without making my website visible to everyone else?

    Thank you for contacting us, typically with each Enfold license you also get 6 months of support in our forum, you can also purchase more support in your Envato account page.
    To sign up for our support forum please register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .
    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold
    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

    Our forum is closed for the holiday until 1/2/2019, when you post your question you can use the Private Content area, to hide your site info, as you did above.
    I took a quick look at your site and see you are using v4.1.2, I recommend updating to v4.5.2 which may resolve some of your issues, but the counter on your page is not a part of Enfold, it is a script that you should be able to remove.
    To change how your blog page looks please try adjusting the settings at Enfold Theme Options > Blog Layout > Blog Layout

    Hi,
    Sorry, I should have been clearer, you will need to find your new purchase code for the additional 6 months, and enter it in the support register page as if this was your first time and create a new support account.
    Please note that this is only for the support forum, it doesn’t affect your Theme Forest account.

    I don’t believe that I can renew your current support account with your new purchase code, I took a look and don’t see this option, but perhaps it’s just because I don’t have that authority.

    I can ask one of our senior members to advise if you like. I just wanted to reply quickly for you if you didn’t care about the old user ID and email address and just wanted to get into the support forum quickly.

    If you want me to ask, please include your new purchase code, so the senior member can help the next time they are online, as I don’t see anyone else online right now.
