    Hi,
    We purchased this theme as we were told that it is reliable and we need to rush our website to production.
    Unfortunately, on the simplest of operations, which is to import the demo data, it failed.

    I tried your theme’s importer and it failed. I tried to import from Tools->Import->Wordpress importer, uploaded the XML and again i get an error.
    I was on the phone with godaddy representatives, and we changed all the parameters needed (memory size, max execution time, etc) up to 2 GBs.

    I tried again, and nothing changes. This is getting really frustrating as our due date is getting closer. Please suggest me another solution or install the demo data manually through FTP by yourselves if possible.

    Hi giannopp,

    What is the error saying? Can you please delete the imported data with the reset plugin?

    Can you please check the server log for error?
