    Hey jetmate,

It appears to be due to a javascript error in console. A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

    Thanks for your cooperation :)

    Best regards,
    Vinay

    Hi David,

You are using an old version of the theme, could you try updating to the latest version (4.0) to see if that helps please?

    Best regards,

    Hi Rikard,

I have upgraded to V4.1 and slideshow is working now. The current issue is that I cannot find slideshow editor on back-end admin side.

    Thanks for your help.

    Regards,

    David

    Hi,

The “Add featured media” box is just hidden. You can toggle it back by clicking the arrow so that you can add more images in the slider.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
