    Hi

    I just checked my site and the content is not loading properly. Youtube video is not pulling through. page elements not loading Can you check to see where the problem might be?

    i have not made any changes to the site.

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Thanks for the info! I realize that you are using an outdated version of the theme.

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post).

    Hi,

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

    If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

    Hi

    I just installed the API key. Ill try the cleaner.

    I really dont want to have to manual install. There has been a lot of customization

    Im also disappointed that an update should leave my site looking the way it does.

    Cleaner had no effect.

    I am running a child theme. How do i install without overwriting all the customization.

    Hi!

    Have you moved modified files to your child theme? If you have, you can simply overwrite the parent theme without worrying about losing your customization
