    The css of the theme has the min-height of the sidebar at 521px. I am wanting to change this to a lower number, like 160px. I can change it, and the sidebar displays properly, but the shadow is still the full 521px and it overlaps into the other containers. Can I change the height of the sidebar shadow to match the new smaller height?

    The sidebar has a mininum height of 521px. You need to edit the actual shadow images to adjust the minimum height.

    .sidebar_bg_top {
    top: 0px;
    height: 261px;
    background: url("../images/layout/shadow_sidebar_01.png") no-repeat top left transparent;

    .sidebar_bg_bottom {
    bottom: 0px;
    height: 260px;
    background: url("../images/layout/shadow_sidebar_03.png") no-repeat top left transparent;

    Edit shadow_sidebar_01.png and shadow_sidebar_03.png on wp-content/themes/incarnation/images/layout folder.
