    Hi , I recently set my angular theme – however where it says email address to send emails

    on the contact options – it says if you leave blank it will lift the default. I have just noticed that

    it hasn’t worked.

    Is there anyway of retrieving any emails that I did not receive?





    The default email that will be use if you leave it blank is the one you have on Settings > General Settings > E-mail Address (This address is used for admin purposes, like new user notification).

    I don’t think there is a way of retrieving lost emails. Let me tag the rest of the support team.





    Ismael is correct. I think the instructions meant that if a visitor doesn’t add their email address to a contact message, the theme will just add a standard email address. The theme itself doesn’t save emails, it simply relays them to an email address you provide. If none is provided it will use a ‘demo’ email address , where there is no mailbox attached, so the emails would bounce back to sender if they provided an email address.
