    I’m trying to remove the image caption only on the smaller graphics on the portfolio overview page. So, if you look at the example page below, the text on the graphics and dark translucent background. I still want the caption on the other places it would be like the larger image on the AJAX version or on the actual single portfolio entry. I’ve been messing around with the css (in the custom.css file) and can remove the featured_caption (but translucent background remains, need to remove too) but then it removes it everywhere. Anyway to just remove off the little thumbnail images? My thanks to the CSS Ninjas for your time!

    Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    #top .portfolio-sort-container .slideshow .slideshow_caption {
    display: none;

    That should do it! I’m starting at #top ID which can also have a class attached to it to only effect specific pages (so you could make it #top.page-id-78 if you only wanted this to work on that specific page) then just went down to the portfolio sorting container and then the slideshow caption.

    Please try this, it will kill the caption and the overlay:

    .portfolio-sort-container .flex_column .slideshow_caption {
    display: none;

    [Edit: Sorry Devin, had too many windows open]

    Worked! Thanks, I was close but you got it. You guys rule.
