Purchase Problem

I’m having some issues with the theme and I wanted to create an issue but I recently updated my envato name and password, I understand the kriesi.at login is different but I mistakenly deleted the password from there along with the one of Envato.

Now the purchase code seems to be used but I can’t remember my password, would you assist please?
