    Hi
Please can anyone help me with this.
Some one opened a thread and this is the same problem I am experiencing, but even though I follow his directions I can get to the point of the configuration where I should make the changes. here is the description of the problem

I’m having an issue with getting product pages to load their content fully.

Normally, when a product item on my website is clicked, the page will open that product’s page with a photo and link description.

As of my writing, when product items on my website are clicked, their page opens but the only thing that loads is the top menu and a loading animation where the product image usually is.

Most other pages on the website are loading properly; it’s mostly just product pages that I see having this problem.

Here he explain how to fix it , but as I said I don´t know how I should make the changes, :but as I said before,I can´t find where to make the changes.I would apreciate it if some one could give me a hand.
Here he explain how to fix it

I had to disable WooCommerce’s “shop” page before my items would show up again.

I had been using this theme to display products, but not actually allow e-commerce functionality.

I guess when I updated the theme entirely after the PHP switchover, some of the WooCommerce settings got disabled from what they used to be.

Anyway, all good and if anyone else has the same problem as I describe below, try the following:

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General

If it says “shop” next to Shop Page, try deleting it and leaving it blank.

Then save and see if that worked for you. :)

First of all I want to apologise as my English is not good and my knowledge of these issues are very limited.
I haven´t found a solution to my problem the problem is that if I use a version of the PHP superior to de 5.3 version the woocomerce doesn’t work properly, everything works as normal but when you try to enter in a product page, the description doesn´t appear, only the images are shown but nothing else, I had to go back to the 5.3 version of the PNP and them everything is functioning but then I can´t update some of the plugings because these ones don´t work properly with the 5.3.
I would appreciate if you can offer a solution to this.
Thank you very much in advance.
    Regards

    Hi,
Sorry, I misunderstood, above sounded like you had found a solution. Anyways I also now see that you are using Propulsion v4.3 with WordPress v5.1.1, I believe that this could be part of the problem because woocommerce should be working with a newer PHP version such as v5.6
But Propulsion is not updated to work with the new WordPress please see (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -4-5-1″>this article.
I would suggest trying to downgrade WordPress to v4.5 and then try to update your PHP to v5.6
You can downgrade WordPress using this plugin: WP Downgrade Then you can disable updates with this plugin: Disable All WordPress Updates

    Best regards,
    Mike
