Hi, thank you for providing support and a great theme!
Is it possible to change the product thumbnails to not a square but a tall rectangle, to better accommodate the aspect ratio of product images?

Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?

The site is still private, so I’ve attached a login for you.
The thumbnails in question are under Featured Products, “our most recent…”, and the the thumbs if you click on “necklaces” navigation. I think it’s all of the product thumbnails used throughout the site are set to a square aspect ratio. Can I change that to be a tall and skinny not square?

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change image sizes as needed and regenerate thumbnails using this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Thanks that worked!
I have another question that I couldn’t find an answer to:
When I change a page’s post layout to a dynamic template with a ‘Products’ Element, the breadcrumbs change from “Home > Page” to “Home > Shop > Shop”
Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!
P.S. I wasn’t sure to create another thread, seeing as my website and login data is here for you guys. I might have a couple more questions!July 30, 2015 at 7:36 pm #480879
Can you please post the link to your page where we can see the issue?

I can’t see any breadcrumbs on the link you have provided. Can you provide us a link showing us the issue with your breadcrumbs please?

Hi, that’s strange because the page http://mindaburrjewelry.com/earrings/ is set to a dynamic template with “Display Title” enabled.
I give you permission to create a test page with a dynamic template to replicate my problem:
– Add a ‘Products’ Element, the breadcrumbs change from “Home > Test Page” to “Home > Shop > Shop”
I’ve attached a screenshot of the page in question.
Thanks so much for your help!August 5, 2015 at 1:38 pm #483301
please update all plugins. If it does not help then deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this issue. Try to delete your dynamic template and recreate it.
Hope this will help!

Hi! Thanks for the suggestions.
-updated all the plugins – no change
-deactivated plugins one by one – deactivating woo commerce fixes it
-deleting and recreating the dynamic template didn’t fix it either
Weird, no? Have you ever come across this bug before?
Thanks!August 7, 2015 at 7:48 pm #484663
are we allowed to deactivate your plugins temporarily? we would like to test different things.

Hi, yes you are allowed to deactivate the plugins temporarily, however the plugin “ultimate coming soon page” should be deactivated as quickly as possible, or not at all, as it is hiding the site in progress :)
