    Hello! I am using Propulsion theme and I have added Facebook like button (the one that is counting) to sidebar and I have some problems. It is this button:

    After hitting “get code” button at the above page, I got this message:

    1. Include the JavaScript SDK on your page once, ideally right after the opening <body> tag.

    (and here is a code)

    2. Place the code for your plugin wherever you want the plugin to appear on your page.

    (and here is a code)

    With absolutely no idea what I was doing, I created a text widget and tried pasting each code into it. Pasting the second code did the job and the button appeared on my sites sidebar. But that was so only if I was using Safari, when using Firefox there was just empty space.

    Is there something else I should do? Should the first code be also pasted somewhere? I know how to use FileZila, so if you could direct me, I would be able to find it.

    Or is there maybe a better way to do this, because I need this button anywhere on the top part of my page, in header it would be also good.

    I would really appreciate if you can help me with suggestions.

    Thank you.

    Have a look at this tutorial: (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -shortcode/ – it tells you how to create/add a facebook shortcode to your theme. You can call it anywhere in the content and you can also call it in the php files by using the do_shortcode function: like:

    echo do_shortcode('[facebookbox url=""]');

    Thanks it is working. Also I saw that my problem was because my FB page wasn’t published yet and cause I wasn’t logged to facebook in Mozilla, the area was blank because of that. :)

    Thanks for your help.

    Glad that it works now :)

    Best regards,
