    I have noticed a recurring problem in the preloading of the Mansory Gallery.
    When I click on the “load more” button in the preview mode (from the page) it works perfectly, I see the preloader icon.
    But when I publish the page, the icon does not appear and the gallery is very slow when I click the “load more” button.

    What could be happening?

    Can anyone help me with this problem?

    I noticed that the preloader css classes are not loaded. They only appear in post preview mode or when I disable “Load only used elements”. But I believe that preloading should work anyway.

    How can I fix this problem?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Please disable SG and see if the issue persists.
