    Here’s the site in question;

    My client would like to hide the dropdown main menu display when viewed on a MOBILE PHONE (not the tablet version)….in the process, moving the slideshow up on the screen, closer to her logo. (BTW, she would rather rely on the navigation afforded by the footer.)

    Is this easily achieved with a custom CSS setting?

    I’d just remove the mobile menu js function – open up eunoia/js/avia.js and delete following code:

    jQuery('.responsive .main_menu ul:eq(0)').mobileMenu({
    switchWidth: 768, //width (in px to switch at)
    topOptionText: jQuery('.main_menu').data('selectname'), //first option text
    indentString: '   ' //string for indenting nested items
