    Hello,

    First of all, congratulations for the Enfold theme!
    My website is accessible in 2 languages (English (default one) and French). Recently a curious issue appears on the French version: the pictures, partner/logo element, masonry gallery… sometimes appears, sometimes not. I do think it might be an issue between WPML/lazy loading/cache/minify but I keep trying for 10 days without any result. Usually, the fFrench version of the homepage charges everything but if I force the cache refresh (ctrl+F5) then the content described above is missing…

    I would really appreciate some help with that.

    Hey Adriendriver,

    Thanks for the login details, they are not working though. Please check and verify. Are you running a caching/minification plugin alongside WPML?

    Hi Rikard,

    Sorry about that, I put back the credential here.
    And yes, I do use the following:
    Minify:
    -Fast velocity Minify

    Cache:
    -WP super cache (I was using W3TC before)

    Lazy loading:
    -Easy lazy loader

    Webp:
    – Webp Express

    I’m also using Cloudflare but it is currently in developer mode

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Login details are working now but the account doesn’t have admin rights, so we can’t really see anything on your installation. Did you try to disable caching/minification and lazy loading? The lazy loading is the likely reason for images not showing I think.

    Hi Rikard,

    Argh… sorry about that, I have given admin privileges to that account now…
    Yes I tried to disable the minify plugin, then the lazy loading, then both… but it still does not work (also emptying the cache every single time I did something).
    Again, thank you for assisting me. Could you see if there is something wrong? Maybe my multiple change affect the Database.
    Btw, I’m using the child theme (should not affect anything, just saying…). thank you!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The images are loading properly when the Easy Lazy Loader plugin is deactivated. If you enable the plugin back, you’ll see the issue again. Please contact the plugin author for additional info. We also deactivated WP Super Cache plugin temporarily.

    Thank you very much. I am surprised cause I tried that already.
    I’m not sure to understand why disabling WP super cache as well? Is it to temporary bypass the cache?

    We just don’t want to deal with cache during the test. We enabled the plugin back before logging out of the dashboard.
